Communication coaching for business will be tailored to the needs of the business.  The process will include a detailed intake session with the organization's management.

Communication coaching is designed to provide and teach organizations styles of communication meant to inspire and motivate employees.  Such a model is premised on one key element -- Respect.

Employees who are respected, heard, and trusted are employees motivated to make an organization succeed.  They will take pride in the organization and strive to better it everyday.  Communication coaching does not alleviate all conflict.  Rather, it teaches how to be in a disagreement with someone without being in conflict.
